Renting out a home or investment property is serious business. CVM can serve as a reliable partner to represent the interests properly and professionally. With our own contact list of house seekers, we are always looking for new rental properties or apartments. 

We carefully screen possible tenants of the property and ask us to submit salary slips and contracts. Importantly, we also check whether potential (expat) tenants have been in contact with money laundering, fraud or terrorist financing. ID documents (passports, ID card) are also checked for authenticity and validity and whether they appear in the international missing and stolen database.
